CHILDREN’S PROGRAMMING BY CREATION WAREHOUSE

Creation Warehouse is where Theatre Direct works hands-on with young people, building artistic experiences together. Led by Creation Warehouse Director Pragna Desai, the CW team are a group of professional artists that create a caring, magical environment for children to explore the artist within.

On Friday, November 18, the Creation Warehouse team has designed a day of exciting programming for ages 6-12, including:

  • Drum and Dance with Miss Coco Murray (grown-ups invited!)
  • Create your own…
  • Outdoor Adventure to Withrow Park
  • Lambe Lambe miniature puppet theatre performances
  • End of day movie

A more detailed schedule for the children’s activities including information about snacks, meals, and breaks will be provided upon registration.

The Creation Warehouse programming will take place in the accessible Jackson and Hurndale rooms at Eastminster Church, next to all-gender washrooms.

All artist facilitators working with Creation Warehouse have background and experience working with children and young people. All programming is designed and practised in accordance with City of Toronto health and safety policies regarding TYA (theatre for young audiences) and artist facilitators working with children and young people.
