Our Balancing Act Resources are available to help guide your decisions, whether for project-based endeavours or for your organization as a whole. From FAQs on how to start a Compassion Fund, to Things to Consider for different aspects of Care Solutions, these resources are informed by individual artist-caregivers, arts organizations who have participated in our Level UP! Program, and community conversations towards a more sustainable culture of care in the arts. And as the movement continues to evolve, so will these resources!
