Oakville Centre’s Level UP! Project

Debora Johns, Manager at the Oakville Centre for the Performing Arts, coordinated the research and development of a resource guide for artists that helps to support touring artists’ care needs while working in the community. The guide is shared on Oakville Centre’s website for all artists and rental clients to access.

Project Highlights:

    • Considering the needs of international artists who may not be aware of Canadian laws and social supports.
    • Collaborating with local business and healthcare professionals on their inclusion in the package.
