Presentation House’s Level UP! Project

Presentation House’s Managing Director, Andrea Loewen, explored a flexible, shared-work model for a team member with a dual role: production coordinator and facilities manager. The goal was to provide more flexibility so the team member could balancing personal and caregiving responsibilities while carrying out this hands-on, site-specific role.

Project Highlights:

• • Piloting a job-share arrangement by hiring and training a casual contractor to assist with key responsibilities.
  • Building redundancy through cross-training staff to enhance coverage and reduce reliance on any single individual.
