Roseneath Theatre will continue to develop limber strategies, with the intended goal of creating an adaptable or five-day rehearsal model that promotes a culture of care. We will accommodate the needs of those in our organization through planning, budgeting, and providing resources to support a new flexible working model attainable and sustainable for our artists and administrative staff.

Roseneath Theatre’s Level UP! Project

When Roseneath Theatre became a Level UP! Partner in 2021, they were already piloting a four-day work week for their administrative staff. Their pilot focused on embedding this practice into policy.

Project Highlights:

    • Executive Director, annemieke wade, and Artistic Director, Andrew Lamb, advocated for the benefits of this model, affording them the opportunity to better care for their young children and aging parents
    • The four-day work week is in conversation with their Flexible Working Arrangement Policy, a companion document to the Employee Handbook
