About This Resource

Canadian Alliance of Dance Artists – East Chapter (CADA/East) created this Caregiver Subsidy Pilot Program Initial Assessment Survey in 2022 as part of their Balancing Act Level UP! Pilot Project. The survey was sent to all CADA/East members to encourage artist caregivers to participate in the program, and to gather information about the individual needs of artist caregiver members.
