About This Resource

Company 605 created this Commitment to Care document as part of their Balancing Act Level UP! Pilot Project. This resource was developed as an alternative to a formal care policy, and is designed to be a living document that articulates how Company 605 embodies the values and practices of care and outlines the company’s commitments in this area. This document is intended for all those who engage with Company 605 as contractors, staff, and board members.

Company 605’s Commitment to Care was co-authored and conceived by Matthew Tomkinson, Josh Martin, Lisa Mariko Gelley, and Cindy Reid, with special thanks to Daisy Thompson. The version shared here is from April 2025, and updates may have been made since that time.
