Pivot Theatre created these Project Field Notes in 2025 as part of their Level UP! Pilot Project. Their project focused on developing playbooks to support Pivot’s “fit up” process—the process of orienting and integrating contractors into the company’s work. The playbooks address areas such as branding, digital tools, and engagement in the local market.
