A great amount of beautiful ideas were shared around continuing to come together, be it training, learning, creating or sharing—ultimately to dive into deeper connection. There are definitely high demands as arts and arts workers, especially with familial, community, and other general human needs.

Making Treaty 4 Collective and Curtain Razor’s Level UP! Project

Making Treaty 4 and Curtain Razors wanted to plan and host a gathering that would support the exploration of organization frameworks and models. Erin Goodpipe, working in partnership with Johanna Bundon of Curtain Razors, worked on this project. From Erin and Johanna:

“The initiation of this process was project driven. We recognize the value of gathering in an ongoing way with one another. We don’t, with certainty, have the capacity to continue gathering like this in a regular way. However, our time together was connecting and important. We made an initial agreement at the end of our gathering that we will continue to look for opportunities (funding, initiatives, gatherings, ways) to keep the dialogue drawing between our two companies moving.”

Project Highlights:

    • Creating and documenting (e.g oratory, written and/or ceremonial) culturally-relevant and safe policies and protocols that will guide the organization
