About This Resource

Persephone Theatre created this Care Fund Post-Program Survey in 2023 as part of their Balancing Act Level UP! Pilot Project. The survey is anonymous and is sent out to contracted artists and arts workers who access support from the Care Fund to identify trends and areas for improvement.
