2b theatre company created this Childcare Intake Form in 2023 as part of their Balancing Act Level UP! Pilot Project. The form was used to invite ticket holders for matinee performances of Let’s Run Away to sign up for childcare during the show and to gather information about the children receiving care. Free childcare is now available to all audience members and team members for designated 2b theatre matinees.
