About This Resource

This First Aid Waiver was developed in 2022 by Common Boots Theatre and Two Birds Theatre as part of their Balancing Act Level UP! Pilot Project. Parents/guardians who signed children up for childminding and an arts workshop during Apocalypse Play were required to sign the waiver.
